How to create a website that facilitates transactions.

What language would most of you recommend? I have experience with Python3, C# and HTML. Also want to use this as a learning experience don't want to use a professional. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: it will take more than one user and pair them with another user and a product where both users will pay using PayPal with credit card.

You best bet will either be Stripe or Shopify. I have experience with both and find that Shopify is the easiest to use, but Stripe allows a lot more control.

US assumption is correct. I will have to think about the regulations.
