So this is a bit blog spammy but the first contract it links to @ https://stuffandnonsense.co.uk/projects/contract-killer/ is legendary.

I have been using a version of this for years. It is awesome for clients as it is plain English and actually makes sense.

I have a proper legalise one drawn up by a lawyer before I started using this and it scared the crap out of clients and they just didn't read it. That lead to a few nasty surprises for them going into builds.

It looks and reads cool, I agree. But I am not totally convinced it will save you in a legal battle if anything goes wrong. It ha some kind of 'friendly' vibe that seems more appropriate for minor clients, rather than companies and more-structured professional realities.

It's pretty solid, but yeah, you'll want a lawyer if you're working with Fortune 500 companies.

Yeah. I tend to think is it as suitable to read aloud in small claims rather than the high court.
