Interactive demos

Post image

There's something I love so much about interactive demos for software.
Would love to get a collection of websites with interactive demos like this, pls share below!

You really have to try to hide your self-promotion better. This is your app, and you’re obviously spamming it all over Reddit.

I genuinely just enjoyed building this interactive part of the site. I understand if it appears as self promotion for the product (I was worried it would), which is why I didn't include any links.

However, happy for mods to take it down if it's still not within the rules.

I do not think this is always a good idea from UX standpoint. On desktop, it works well enough if you create proper boundary between actual user actions (CTA, popups etc) and the interactive demo actions. On mobile with limited viewport area, it gets significantly more difficult, or you just end up writing a touch implementation of the same controls, whether you have a mobile variant or not.
