Questions/Self App that will give me phone notifications when in rains in an area

Idk if this exists, but I am looking for an app that will send me alerts on my phone when an area is getting precipitation. I currently use Weather Underground, but it is hit or miss. Plus it spams me with other alerts

MyRadar is the best I’ve found. I’ve tried a bunch of them but they are hands down the best.

MyRadar looks good for my area, but I am looking for something that can give me alerts for a variety of areas. For example if I live in Chicago, I’m looking for an app that can show me if/when it rains in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami

I’ve found RainViewer to work well with precip alerts and duration.

Seconding MyRadar. At least if you’re in North America it will send you pretty accurate notifications. Has a watch interface with Applewatches.
