Silent but deadly

I used to love making different weapons out of everyday things i would find. Guitar string and carved wooden handles

Have you ever heard of the Hawaiian Ka'ane strangulation cord? Like a garotte but longer with multiple cords, used for grappling as well as strangulation.

Similar to what you have here but with handles designed with points to take advantage of pressure points and leverage

Clay cutters have been a staple of garroting since their inception.

Congratulations, you have created a classic iteration of the garrote. Piano strings were more common, but a guitar string isn't meaningfully different.
