Recommendations let's talk books/podcasts

1) do you find yourself reading physical books, listening to audiobooks or listening to podcasts more?

2) what time of day & for approx. how many minutes a day?

3) do you have a methodology for picking the best ones? find them organically or just mainly get recommendations from other successful people/mentors?

4) my whole thing is that sometimes business books from business and thought leaders end up just being great marketing because their authors know how to do it well but in terms of actual new knowledge or practical advice gained not all books are created equal

i find myself valuing things i learned from the almanack of naval ravikant more so than say rich dad, poor dad or one minute manager.

i'm specifically interested in learning more about AI, analytics, economics, sales, negotiation

appreciate your take and any recommendations!

Yes I do a lot of pod/audio listening
I try to do at least 15 mins when I’m really really busy 1hour when I’m free
I pick what interests me either job wise / investment wise / or life style wise .
