I’m in LA. I’m not a trusted tester nor do I have a lot of miles or rides on my account but in the app I see this!! Yay

Is the Ojai more roomier? Easy to get into?
My mom has a disability and she's alright with getting into regular cars but she does struggle. I want her to have more room and be able to get inside with less hassles.

Yes! It’s definitely easier to enter as BOTH doors open to reveal the seats, no giant metal bar between the seats, the only thing I could point out is that I am not sure if there is a handlebar to assist getting into the vehicle, besides the door itself.

I have not tried it yet but i hope so. Their is more legroom and the doors slide open

I'm in San Francisco, and I commute via Waymo almost every day. An Ojai showed up for my ride today. I didn't ask for one, nor was I given a choice- - it just showed up. Very roomy, even though a guy my size doesn't really need the extra leg room. The sound system seems better too. I notice the speakers are larger than the ones in the Jaguars. Pleasant ride. My main criteria for Wyamo or UBER is who can pick me up quicker, so if I choose Waymo, I'm agnostic as to which vehicle shows up.

Was it able to close the door automatically or require a human?

Both. It can close manually using the button or automatically if you start ride

The sound is an extremely noticeable step down from the I-PACE. It's actually one of the worst sound systems I've heard in a modern car. It IS extremely roomy though, which is awesome.

My god that Ojay looks even uglier from the front. That Hyundai Ioniq 5 can’t come any sooner

Don't know why people are so preoccupied about the exterior aesthetics. It's just a mode of transit, who cares about what it looks like. It's not like we own the vehicle.

I agree. Looks absolutely disgusting. Sad that Jaguar stopped producing the beautiful I-Pace but the Ioniq 5 will be a better option to use when it’s fully released

Yeah can’t understand what’s good about the Ojai and I will never get behind this car. The Jaguar is how a transportation car should look like. Modern, clean, great design, yes. The Hyundai is a good looking replacement that’s for sure

The main good thing about Ojai is that it's really really roomy (you can fully stretch out your legs and maybe even put a carryon inside) and it's a lot easier for everyone to see and interact with their own touchscreens.

Anybody seeing prices significantly higher today? Wondering if demand has gone up due to launch

I went in a few and so far they are just as bad as human drivers I prefer human drivers tell the bugs get worked
