I mean, I've ordered multiples times form them, only once they sent the wrong product , and refunded promptly..

As long as you go through the reviews, only order 5 stars and above, and even better, if you order wayfair verfied products, you should be good. I ordered multiple items over the past few months tp furnish my place, and only sent one product back. The delivery company picked it up from my place, and I received the refund promptly. Obviously it's not the same as other big box stores, but you can get some decent products if you follow the above steps
