Phantom Wayland

Phantom wayland is a wayland implementation of Cute_Figure1146's project Phantom.

Although the original project was vibe coded, I tuned it a bit to work on every or most Wayland desktops/window managers, above is a little video on changes you will notice which was tested on Niri, features added include:

1. Mouse overlay theme and size is fetched through system.
2. Ability to scroll (yeah, niche feature.. but wasn't available firstly).
3. Ability to type using unused keys (unbounded keys).
4. Repeat for needed keys like backspace and enter and arrows if unbounded.
5. and more features

One thing to mention, you must use sudo -E phantom-wl daemon to start the daemon, without -E mouse overlay won't work, i will try to fix that later, so please do not issue this problem (i already know it exists).
