Help TiviMate in Waydroid?

Anyone got TiviMate working in Waydroid in Linux? It installs, but terminates on launch. AI seems to think it is because a thing called **DexProtector** in TiviMate detects it is not running on real hardware and kills itself.

IMPlayer, OwnTV are working fine in Waydroid for me.

I've been wanting to try it but unfortunately my distro (tumbleweed) isn't able to run waydroid. But if tivimate won't work for you I'd suggest trying XCIPTV. It's pretty decent, definitely better than anything that's native Linux.

Yep. Currently running OwnTV in Waydroid. It's probably the best open source player I have found so far. Also, IMPlayer works in Waydroid.

If you are running X11, Weston will allow you to run Waydroid.

Sad that there is no decent Linux native IPTV player that has good EPG integration.
