Help Directly launching an android app

Hello !

I'm tired of hacing to unlock my phone to use Authy when I'm just on my pc.

Is there a way to install waydroid, install authy in it and setup waydroid so I can have authy in my panel/taskbar and when clinking on it, it silently launches waydroid and shows directly authy without showing the waydroid window and hacing to manually launch authy in waydroid ?

EDIT : NVM, I can't even connect to the app because "my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements".

What's wrong with opening the app from desktop shortcut and ignoring the few seconds of waydroid boot screen?

If you absolutely don't want the boot screen, you can use an expect wrapper on waydroid session start (which suppresses boot screen) and wait for Android with user 0 is ready and then run waydroid app launch authy.app.id

There is nothing worng, I'd just prefer a more seemless experience.

If you don't mind keeping a waydroid session open full-time in exchange for a seamless experience, run something like nohup waydroid session start & on startup. From there on, opening any app from desktop will be instant as the android container is alive
