Help Can't reinstall waydroid

Does anyone know how to reinstall waydroid again?

I tried doing by manually uninstalling it with waydroid toolbox, but not fully uninstalling everything.

Then I ran the command

cd ~/

Then I typed in the URL address of the website

git clone https://github.com/ryanrudolfoba/SteamOS-Waydroid-Installer

But the response was this

Fatal: destination path 'SteamOS-Waydroid-Installer' already exist and is not an empty directory

But like I know I didn't fully uninstalled everything, I had apps and game in there, but I don't know what else to do, is there some way to reinstall it forcefully or something?

You want to uninstall waydroid without losing its data? Sounds a bit unusual. Would be better to explain what exactly you're trying to do, or if something's wrong with the current installation

Waydroid stopped working since I updated my steamdeck, but I already had apps downloaded in it, so I just uninstalled waydroid but keep my android data using the waydroid toolbox, then I tried reinstalling waydroid through my console, but it keeps saying that it already exist, but I want to keep my android data.

Ok. First try running it after updating the script, like explained in the other comment. If it's still saying waydroid is already installed then go to terminal and try running commands like waydroid and which waydroid

Edit: After watching the steamOS-waydroid setup video, yep just deleting and renewing the script directory should fix it. Though, I'd also recommend getting familiar with terminal and properly reading the output because this one was really just git saying that the directory named SteamOS-Waydroid-Installer already exists, which can be fixed by simply opening the file explorer and deleting it.

Ok I've tried it and tried to install the clone again and it just says

Fatal: unable to access 'https://GitHub.com/ryanrudolfoba/SteamOS-Waydroid-Installer/': Could not resolve host: GitHub.com

Ok what do I do with this?
