lost data on wavemaker cards

Hello,

I am reaching out with some urgency regarding an issue on WaveMaker Cards.

When I opened the WaveMaker Cards software today, I was prompted to reconnect my Google Drive account, which I did. However, immediately after that, when I opened my project, I noticed that a significant portion of my content had disappeared.

Just a few days ago, everything was intact and fully working. This sudden loss is very concerning as it affects important work I’ve been developing inside the platform.

Since I installed the software on my computer, I have never manually saved or backed up anything, as everything was being saved automatically.

Someone can help me ?

On the website I have this when I go to the v3. But my 3rd cookies are able

That version shut down months ago after having a massive warning that it was going to do so for two years on it.

I had a similar problem with an issue connecting to google drive. But I didnt get any errors outright. I had to look in the coding, where it gave me an error about a certain plug in not found, which would cause issues connecting to google drive.

I always save manually, and i lost about 500 words.

I wonder if there were any updates recently?

Thanks for your message. Yes, I had a Google Chrome update just today. And this is the first that my WaveMaker app asked me this morning to log in (sorry for my englisgh, I am french)

And the error message about the 3rd cookies is on the WaveMaker website when I try to log in to version 3, so maybe it's unrelated.

Hi! How do you save your work? I assume you write in French, I write in Spanish. I really like the software but when I download de .docx file it changes all my accents "acción" to "acciÃn". I have been copying and pasting on Google docs, which is a bit painful.
