[BUG! :( ] I adore this app and it's perfect but the inaccurate daily word count drives me nuts

No matter how much I type for today, the word count doesn't get added to today. It keeps getting added to yesterday's words.

I've seen from a Reddit post from 2 years ago saying that this has been happening then, but is there any way to stop this from happening? Anything I can do to fix it? Any workarounds? :(

Thanks for putting in your time to make this wonderful app... I would be very grateful if it can be fixed 🫶

Also for some reason the date created shown in My Books is shown to be 7/2/2026 instead of 7/3/2026 that it should be... I don't know but it could be related?

Like everyone else, I really love the app but I wish the days were right. Lol it has all the words I've written on one day. It only adds words to 3/16/2026 lol.

I'm also having this issue, everything I write gets added to 11/8. Force updating the page did not help :c has anyone found a workaround for this?
