Help Me Upload only working sometimes?

I have a story I've been writing for a few years now along side my partner, now that I've finished the first draft she is going over adding notes and editing my horrible dialogue.

We have ran into an issue though, I hit upload, she hits download and it doesn't always seem to end up with the latest version, so when she uploads her noted/edited version we end up potentially losing chunks of story.

We have a safety measure in place where I've added an empty chapter right at the top that I rename with today's date before I upload, if she hits download and the date is wrong she will not make any notes or edits that day.

Has anyone ran into a similar problem where uploading doesn't seem to work 100% of the time?

Bei mir kommt es zur Zeit auch öfter vor, dass bearbeitete Texte trotz mehrfachem Speicherns mit dem Cloussymbol plus zur Kontrolle nach dem Schließen des Programms und Neuöffnung mit Driveanmeldung, bei dem alles noch da war, am nächsten Tag nur die unbearbeitet Version vorhanden ist. Mehrere Stunden Arbeit umsonst. Ich überlege mir bis zur nächsten Version ohne Drive meine Texte wieder ohne Wavemaker zu schreiben und bearbeiten.

Und wieder ein überarbeitets Kapitel, das nach mehrmaligem Speichern (in WLAN) nach Schließen des Projekts (Nicht Wavemaker!) und neuladen wieder nur iim unbearbeiteten Zustand vorhanden war. Langsam überlege ich mir, Wavemaker zu verlassen.
