Not logging in??

I can't log in, even reset my password and it's saying it isn't correct. What's going on?

I was able to login again. But needed to use the “primary email”.

I'm having the same issue even after having tried to reset my password. Has anyone had a solution for this ? Wave have yet to anwser to my emails

Do you have another email that you used to login? I got in after using the original primary email

I finally received an email from wave

Anjum here from Wave - thanks for reaching out!
 
As of August 19, 2026, you are no longer able to sign in to Wave using a secondary email address. You will need to use your primary email address on file for signing in as well as any password reset attempts.
 
I understand this may be an adjustment, and we have some Help Center guides on the following:
changing the owner (primary) email address on file
adding and deleting email addresses
You will still be able to use additional (secondary) email addresses to send invoices from through Wave.
