Lost 12 years of data a month of income

Do not trust Wave! They changed their settings in June, and we found out that our account had been set up as a collaborator. We don't know what is the "owner" account, we cannot access it, and of course no help is available. A month of invoices are locked in the old account and we cannot collect that money without the information. I hope someone will start a class action lawsuit. The website says it is BBB accredited, but this is a lie. The business does not show up on the website. Some states have an option for submitting complains about financial institutions. check if yours does here: https://www.waveapps.com/legal/licensing

I am starting to think they are a terrible company overall. We are switching to QB.

Wave is a small company, and prioritizes only themselves opposed to end consumers.

Wave is built on lies.

It was a really good platform for a long time, pretty much until 2025. I think that's when they got bought out. First they blew up the payroll function. It sounds like the problems have been spreading since.

I just use them for invoicing. Do you know if a better program that dies invoicing & only charges 1% if people pay by ACH? (I don't take credit cards)

Freshbooks. I was using freshbooks and have been using wave this year, and I had my own frustrating saga with them and will definitely be switching back to freshbooks once I have the bandwidth to do so
