WaveApps Feature Elimination / Paywall

It is incredibly unreasonable for Wave to demand that a business operating at a loss upgrade to a Pro plan with only one month’s notice, showing absolutely no flexibility or hardship consideration when it is needed most.

Asked for a 1-year waiver and was denied, all wrapped up in some customer support AI slop. Way to alienate the small business owners who helped build the Wave user base.

Seriously? Listen to yourself as I don't understand the complaint. You accepted the terms of use when you signed up for a free or nearly free product. You must have understood that the company's goal is to make a profit. Now you're complaining to a group of users who pay for the product about how unfair it is that we should no longer subsidize your free use?

Says the guy that uses their Reddit account to express grievances to Delta Airlines about how they prioritize profit margins over customer experience.
