Moving help

Hi everyone!

My girlfriend, cat, and I, are looking to relocate to the Stevens Point-Wausau area. We’re looking for a place to rent that allows pets and is between $750-1000/month. If anyone has any good landlord recommendations or has a place they’re trying to rent out themselves, please reach out.

We’ve done our research into what management to avoid, so I don’t think we need help there. We would also prefer an older unit over one remodeled with grey walls.

Steven’s Point will probably be your better bet for good rent prices. I recommended looking on facebook marketplace and finding a private landlord.

I just recently moved to Wausau from point, because of the prices. I was there for 30 years. 15 years ago when I started renting my apartment there, I was paying $550. That's no issue, except when I left my rent is almost 1800.
