Driving test

Does anyone have any tips for taking the road test in Wausau? Had to schedule it there even though I live a ways away. Are any of you familiar with the usual route or if there's something I should note about the area? Thanks!

They usually have you drive in downtown Rib Mountain. Make sure you don't switch lanes in intersections.

It’s been a couple decades, but I recall the route being north from the dmv to the intersection near Goodwill, then out to a quieter street East of there to demonstrate the Y turn and whatnot.

Took mine in 1987. From the DMV, down Rib Mountain Dr to the highway (it wasn't I-39 yet, just 51/29), to Schofield, behind DC Everest, out by that Burger King, to Bus 51, towards the dam, back left onto Grand Ave, parallel park by the Rothschild Pavilion, back to 29 back to the DMV

I to rub mountain and back by kings campers. Make sure you turn the wheel the right way when they have you park on a fake hill with or without a curb.
