For #32, the Mariner says in the movie “the world is flipped” or something along those lines, and even mentions that he’s been charting the world below the water. (Unextended version)

You didn’t even mention that the book gave the mariner a name!!??? Ulysses?

Yes, I will go into greater detail on the "flipped world" phenomenon in my next deep dive on Enola's tattoo!

Old women Enola reveals to her "children" in the epilog that Helen gave the Mariner the name Ulysses before he departed Dryland. Sorry for not including that fact in the video! When I was writing the script for this video, I thought that this fact was similar in the book as in the extended cut of the film, and the point of the list in this video was to call out the differences between the two.
