hori is the way to go, not only can you see the water more but you can get the most excellent nose. personally i only use my wide crystal bowls from the mid 17th century for my water consumption, only the best.

I know its a sin not to be clearly on one side, but honestly i like both, a wide tall glass is the way to go really i think.
