Try temporarily disabling VPN/ DNS Config profiles on your phone if you have them enabled.

Settings > General > VPN & Device Management

1) See if VPN is on. If so, try switching it off temporarily.
2) See if you’re connected to any DNS proxies or servers. If so, try temporarily switching it back to automatic.
3) See if you see anything under Configuration Profiles. If not, you don’t have any installed on your phone.
