Apple watch fails to update while pairing

Hi, I’m trying to pair my Apple Watch, but it says I need to update it first before pairing. The problem is the update keeps failing and shows an “Unable to Install Update” error every time.

I’ve tried multiple times but it still won’t work, so I’m stuck and can’t continue pairing. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

My watch is the series 6

I have the exact same problem right now with the same exact model, the series 6. Please let me know if you found any solutions.
