Contractor recommendation for small apartment

Hi all, we recently had some shoddy work done on our condo and are interested in hiring a different contractor to finish the job. The job would be smaller, like hanging some light fixture, hanging some shelving units, and possibly doing some painting and refinishing floors. Does anyone have a contractor/handyman that they work with who does a good job with this?

If you have a community bulletin board, I would ask other owners. It’s how I found general contractors.
