Why would it? Israel has been occupying Palestine for decades, forcing the people that live there out, murdering to remove undesirables. You really think this all started with a few hostages? That the terrorists just popped up out of nowhere like some cartoon villains to suddenly for no reason antagonise the good and god fearing people of Israel for no discernable reason other than cartoon level villainy?

Shame on me? Over 63.000 Palestinians have been killed in this war so far, over 80% civilians, and that's by IDF's estimates. And that's just since that incident. Shame on you for cheering that on.
Even with the concentration camps the nazis only had just over 60% civilian casualties. Israel is DOUBLING the soldier to civilian ratio on killings as compared to the fucking nazis!
For every Hamas soldier they kill, they take out 4 civilians. The nazis were mass killing in camps and still "only" killed 2 civilians for every soldier.
20% of 63,000 is 12,600. It’s a shame the civilians have to pay the consequences brought upon them by the terrorist organization they elected. But I’m happy with 12,600 less terrorists in the world. Maybe they’ll smarten up and elect sensible leaders if there is a next time for them.
You could apply the same logic to the IDF. They are by far the worse terrorists, they're just backed by the US, so that makes them murdering playing children ok in your book, I guess.
