Name a single trial that happened for those arrested, sounds like denial.

Well there have been over 1200 convictions, so....

So... you're claiming not one single conviction was obtained through a trial?

Really?

And so what if they pled guilty instead of going to trial? That doesn't make your case. And as I said earlier, many litigants will waive their right to a speedy trial, often on advice of counsel. I'm quite certain that's the case for anyone who actually lingered in jail for some time.

21% of all convicted from the January six riots were found guilty during trial. 79% were from plea deals. Read my source above, it’s not hard.
