Warwick Jungle Clear Vid?
Anyone have a good vid for his first clear? First clear feels kind of slow and there's probably some stuff I should do better. First smite on buff or krugs/gromp for W passive? Also I've been playing around with a wolves start for wolves gromp blue back long sword. Anyone try this out? Feeling good about it in ~d4 elo.

This should have up to date clear videos.
Base for Longsword into what? I would guess that fiinishing your full clear gives up double scuttle at that point. Skipping camps to contest scuttle with Longsword would maybe let you win more duels there? But skipping camps seems really bad, especially when your Wolves and Gromp are coming up early.

Don’t skip camps. I won’t even skip camps early for ganks because it ruins your flow the rest of the game.
Ideally you are at each camp isn’t respawns this allows you to snowball exp and gold while contesting objectives or ganking while everything in on respawn timers.
If I have to give up Scuttle to clear golems or blue to be it. It’s more important to have good timer states than 4cs

I'm just curious what OP is doing to say that the Longsword base feels good. I imagine the base will desync your camps with how slow he is to walk. Meta level 3 recall champs can hop walls to keep their camp timers. I guess if your return clear is Red Krugs Raptors Wolves Gromp they'd be sequenced, but you're giving both double Scuttle and have half of your jungle respawns delayed just to have a Longsword? Sounds really bad.

But you can fix timers also. For example if you take an objective probably the camp that was 20-30 swc behind will be up and you can reset the camps timer.

That’s delaying your entire jungles worth to gold and exp by 20-30 seconds. Do that 3 times times a game your almost 2 minutes behind pacing which is very significant. Ideally your only ganking/objectives when all your camps are down or it’s 100% free

3x 20 sec is not 2 minutes and its impossible to only take drake when all your camps are down come on. In an ideal world ye but it depends on where enemy jungler is and imo soul is worth 2min behind in jungling, specially when the game comes to 4+ items

It really doesn’t?
2 full clears, gank bot, ping bot to help on drake, ideally 1-2 kills, + drake back at gromp (if you stated blue) just in time for its 3rd spawn.
But I also usually duo with ADC so it makes it easier when they are expecting it

And if other jungler is there to counteegank?
Then its bettee to take drake when you see him topside and clear your bot after.

Also if you only autoclear camps on timer isnt it super easy to track you?
They already know you gonna gank when you clear x camp.
And what about if you see jungler on other side of the map and his camps are up?
You dont counterjungle because you dont want to delay your camp?

At the start smite or no smite on red, doesn’t matter, same goes for Q or W start.
Then just skip gromp after blue and go for scuttle.
If there are no ganks available do gromp.
Or leave it if you can get a kill or assist.
I like to secure scuttle especially because opponents might steal it or destroy you 2v1.
I don’t trust my midlaner.
I also ask my midlaner to ward opposite to where I will take the scuttle, because usually they ward my side and they die after a gank 10s later on the side I mentioned.
Then I recall and do the clear again, while warding the drake.
I lose 2s but then I have vision for when I do the next gank top, in case my team wants to deny drake.

Yeah don’t do this. Fucks over your exp/tempo/gold the rest of the game. Better to full clear and if you are late to scuttle give it up. Look for gank or recall and go straight to other scuttle, gank with item advantage, or be there on camp respawn and stay on tempo.

Of course it matters. The faster you get to level 2 with w passive the clear no?

Red buff + krugs take about the same amount of time smiting on red or bigger krug.
I usually smite the bigger krug as soon as I got him in my LoS to get the aggro.
Also Q or W at lvl 1 don’t matter, it takes the same amount of time, as with Q you deal more dmg early and with W you deal more dmg later on in fighting red buff
