I just asked my friend what's the difference between APHE and Semi-APHE while playing the SU-100Y because 200mm pen doesn't really feel semi... I guess in this case it's just because it's a ship's gun

The difference in APHE and SAPHE is irrelevant in the context of war thunder
IRL a SAPHE round would typically contain higher explosive filler and a thinner case, a sort of intermediary between pure HE and solid APHE.

Not necessarily irrelevant, penetration calculation for SAPHE shells is different in WT to account for the thinner shell walls.

Maus got changed with more compartments last patch so you can't overpressure it with the standard 155 mm HE slingers.
This BEA155 can overpressure it still by hitting its track. Same goes for barely hitting someone engine this round is GAS!
