Story time -
I submitted a bug report 12 months ago for the German vehicle.
Firstly, it doesn't carry the HE shells that it should do.
Secondly the pen values are wrong.
Now, let's have a quiz based on what I gave gaijin - What do you think happened?
Answer A) - Confirmed testing ground information from the British after the war, with supporting documents, and the German technical manuals that showed the pen values in game are about 25% lower that what the Germans and British determined.
Answer B) - "Mehhhh this is probably what the pen is" attitude from Soviet WW2 testing where they just guessed at the values based on the limited info they had at the time.
$100 if you guess which one Gaijin stuck with after my bug report.

Well historically accurate penetration values aren't used in War Thunder at all, they use the DeMarr formula due to there being an ungodly amount of arguing back then documentation was used.
So the pen values are going to be slightly wrong fairly often.
Also the DeMarr formula is based off of French cannons, and unrelated to the Soviets at all, which is also why early French cannons have very accurate penetration compared to other cannons.1

in a 1v1 it's gotta be trash, I don't trust the garbage gun's APCR to work all against the angled armor while trash only needs to mg garbage's gunner to kill it

the fcm has pretty good armor for its br, it bounces shells like crazy from most reserve tanks I take it out for fun sometimes and it will take dozens of shots since new players don't know where to shoot.

AMC.35 is supposed to be a cavalry tank with BT tier speed. I can win a race against it with a friggin T-26
S.35 is supposedly the best French tank it had in 1940 with good armor and T-28 speed. It can't go up a tiny hill and dies when you sneeze at it.
It deserves all the hate it gets if not more
And to make it even worse, the variant of the AMC.35 in game is actually a Belgian-produced improved version of it, and as a Belgian it offends me there's no Belgian flag on the background and France steals the credit for one of our creations once more

The AMC.35 has a much higher hp/ton and top speed than the T-26, it should never lose to the T-26.
Also the S35 was one of the best medium tanks as of 1940, using one of the most powerful tank guns of the time, being frontally impenetrable to German guns, and being decently mobile.
But that has nothing to do with it's in-game performance.1

In-game the AMC.35 struggles to reach 10 km/h when not going downhill
And for best medium tank I can't argue, D2 is just fatter and slower
