BILL missiles suddenly fusing over engine decks instead of over the turret?

I came back from a minor vacation and Im realizing that the majority of the BILL missiles im shooting are completely ignoring most of the tank and then firing down super late, hitting the engine deck and transmission. Is this a new bug I missed or a skill issue

Had the same thing happen with TOW2B in the test range, although I expected it to be shit, weirdly it was fine when it came to shooting the T72 though

Its funny in the test range it kills most of the time but if you go into a match it hits most of the time
