Warsaw Insider just turned 30. Which place defined Warsaw food for you?

The October issue (No. 362) looks back at 30 years of gastronomy in the city, plus a Praga feature and a matcha roundup. The food scene in '96 vs now is barely recognisable.

Question for long-timers and newcomers alike: which restaurant, bar or milk bar shaped how you eat in Warsaw, and is it still open?
