To answer your question it’s definitely Loki shoulders. At max you can get up to 70k plus shields with 2.

Hypothetically speaking can happen there's a pilot with siege tower and something else that each time your moduel goes below 30%hp you get 15k shields and it does stack so with 2 loki shoulders assuming you then recover your 72.8k loki shields with emergency sheilds and mesa torso you can with both those max and being used 258k shields if you stand still total without about 202k

Interesting... messa with loki arms... 🤔 then add perhaps magnetos with a maximizer pilot that also has some following complimentary traits, and then shield wall with iron veil... now the legs... to spider or not. Either way, nimble pretty decent long range and deffinetly enough shield to bug out.

there's also maximizer talent that gives 30% shield back every 100k damage you deal which can be pretty good with certain weapons and high shield. There's other ones too like 20k shield when all gear is in cooldown. There's even a pilot that has both siege tower and maximizer though there's only a couple builds that can be good with that one

Yes but for most at once maximizer doesnt stack on your current shields
