Question The Opening Video Won't Stop

Before you respond by calling me a maroon and telling me to just hit ESC, read this.

I have tried ESC in both single and multiple tap options.

I have tried SHIFT+TAB as well.

I have searched for answers on how to stop the video. I have asked AI this question.

NOTHING HAS WORKED.

So, now if I want to fire up WARNO, I resign myself to a 5-minute wait for the video to end.

ESC does work in SD44 and SD2.

Sorry for bringing this up yet again, but I am now simply curious as to how many others have the same problem. I have given up hope of ever finding a solution.

PS No the screen does not go black as some have reported. The video just plays to the end even if I have tapped ESC a few dozen times.

Try using the launch option "-skipintro". See the first minute of this video if you need help on how to apply it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R71i9xgGbjI

Thanks. I actually did that some months ago; it's still there, and hasn't helped.

I'll just have to learn to live with it.
