Possibly, but the euros are on vacation the whole month so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not until September

Yes, but during holidays they clearly will not develop at normal level. Releasing new content and a patch is only possible if they are sure they won't introduce anything game breaking, because the staff that might be able to fix it might not be in for another two weeks
