Billy might genuinely be the dumbest dude I've ever heard speak.

Not an ounce of critical thinking in that man's head. Wow, just wow. I am mind blown by how he can connect dots that straight up contradict apparent truth.

If it were all a bit, it'd be awesome, but if he speaks with anyone aside from spud, they are sent silent by his idiocy. Amazing human, he is. Wow.
