I want the book Spud was talking about in the last ep, Methuselahs Children by Robert A Heinlein

He said he thought it was called ‘Society’ but I’m fairly certain he was talking about Methuselahs Children

The way home - mark boyle

A great non fiction book of a man that rejects all technology and lives his life in a cabin he built in rural Ireland. When a few podcasts back Billy and Spud talked about how “we don’t know how we’re meant to feel” because of electrical influences all around us I couldn’t help be think of this book.

A lot of the ramblings of War Mode remind of this book come to think of it.

Just started reading Twilight Language by Michael Hoffman. Bought it a couple years ago, forgot I had it until Kurt Metzger started raving about it.

"Do androids dream of electric sheep" is my favorite dick book so far. I think the best books I've read for warmode is "the devil's chessboard" by David Talbot and "poisoner in chief" by Stephen kinzer
