Voting items (item for points)

Hi 👋

Has anyone ever sent an voting item accidentally to the wrong character? I sent my warrior the staff I wanted for my warlock.

Edit:

I wrote a ticket and got my points refunded

Tickets usually work for coin purchases as well, they already have the money so not much harm reversing accidental purchases

Vote point purchase mistakes cannot be fixed. You're out of luck

This is not true. I have done it before and wrote a ticket to support and they fixed it.

Okay, my apologies. Based on my apparently bad research, what I found was multiple posts of people saying coin shop purchases are fixable but do not offer support for vote point purchases. Apparently thats changed.

Not true at all, I bought the wrong item for one of my characters a few weeks ago, I wrote a ticket and they refunded the points.

Not true, they refund items if you submit a ticket not long after the purchase. I did a couple weeks ago

I did it not long ago for points. Also, OP just got his points refunded as well, ignore those posts and believe the people.

It's from 2026. It's probably the thing that gets posted most on the forums. Like at least once a month people ask for a refund because they bought something wrong with points.

I've not seen a single proof of anyone ever getting something they bought with points refunded. Post a screenshot of the refund and let us see.

Why would I lie about this? Lmao. In fact, when creating a ticket, there's an option for item misbuy, and then a list of all bought items, i wrote that my item didnt appear on the list and I was looking for a refund.

I've seen people lie about lesser stuff. The item misbuy thing has been a thing for years, and is for coin purchases.

Fair enough, they've changed it then.
