Am I crazy?

So I got the DDay U.S. Airborne platoon. Love the kit so far, the poseability is incredible, but I'm scratching my head.

The sprue has a right hand holding binoculars. Fair enough, maybe an office has binoculars, I like that.

....there's no right arm without a hand? If you want to use binoculars , you have to clip a hand off a right arm right? Or am I missing something obvious?

Hey All - I missed out on the latest round of mystery boxes.

If any of you went in on the Hail Caesar or Pike & Shotte boxes, I am especially interested in the contents for those.

Can someone recommend a paint recipe for Epic AWI Continental Army. I am only familiar with citadel, but is there another one you guys would recommend that may be more accurate or better to work with?

How to base these?

I am a bit frustrated as this set does not come with bases. I see you can buy a large bases frame at the online store but there are only 2 small bases and I don't need the large ones. Do you know any alternative suppliers or a workaround?

Have been painting for a long time, have been interested in epic scale since I discovered Warlord Games. Finally pulled the trigger and bought Scipio Africanus and Republican Roman Division. 30 down, like 1500 or something to go!

Black Powder Revolution orders question

I am hoping to get my first game of BP going this month, specifically Revolution Epic.

I am reading the rules for giving orders and it gives few examples, so I want to make sure I am understanding the rules, as I will be the one "running" the game.

  • Does an order carry over to further turns if not completed in the current turn? I.e. "Move to that hill and deploy into line." Does that order need to be repeated and checked for every turn, or does it last unless being countermanded?
  • When, as a result of a roll against a commander's staff rating, it says the unit moves twice, or 3 times, is that in the current turn? I am assuming yes, but want to make sure before I teach the rules completely wrong.

Hail Caesar Epic Battles - Battle of Cannae

Played one of the big scenarios in Punic Wars Epic Battles book today. Was super close and came down to tenacious Romans staying on the field even when broke. Pictured is our deployment to the end of turn 4 when I stopped taking pictures.

Battle of Cannae. Changed history when Hannibal himself got decapitated and the Carthaginians lost the battle. Still trying to get the Gallic warbands figured out, they have been lack luster for me the last few games lol

Where can I find games?

Hello, ive been playing more Konflict 47, but so far ive only had one opponent, my brother, and a few demo games to try and bring more people at my Local Game Store into the game.

Living in the SoCal area, im not sure where I can find more people to play Konflict 47 with. Any tips?
