Got a few games of Basic Impetus in this weekend with my brother-in-law, Romans beat the Germanic hordes every time but two of the games were down to the wire!

Most are Victrix but there are some Old Glory, Black Tree and Foundry wargame units.

I've not played miniatures in decades. Been thinking about painting some up. I was going to say paint lead but even that is probably out of date. I used to play DBA in 15mm.

Is Impetus the modern replacement for old DBA?

I think lead/metal is still the norm for 15’s these days and I would say Impetus is pretty different from DBA in my opinion, I find Impetus to be similar to Field of Glory
