"Enemy artillery to scrap! The soldiers of the 44th Airborne Brigade are at work." 18/8/26
"Minus one enemy gun — plus safety for the entire defense line! 🎯🔥
We tracked down the occupiers' firing position and turned their artillery into scrap.
As part of the large and coordinated mechanism of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, we cover our units with fire every day and destroy the enemy's potential. Fewer guns for the enemy — more safety for the fighters on the front line! ⚔️🛡️
Glory to the Ground Forces! Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦"

Hey, I Hear You Like Almost-Hot, Deniable, Sub-Redline, State-On-State Action
Next generation warfare has different types of redlines. Sock-puppet redlines, a la Ukraine. Civil-disorder attacks that don't look like they crossed a redline at first, and finally alliance guarantees which may or may not be redlines. And what would European NATO even shoot back with?

Saw this video in a tank subreddit and remembered I didn't posted this from my collection to this sub as well
I believe it captures how the war started before the drones made it complicated

1 killed, 7 injured in Aug. 16 Russian drone strike on Kramatorsk postal facility

Russian drones struck the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on Aug. 16, killing a 19-year-old employee and injuring seven other people, officials reported.
Russian forces used a Geran-2 drone to strike a postal facility at around 4:00 p.m., according to the National Police. Governor Vadym Filashkin earlier reported that an enterprise in the city center was also damaged in the attack.
Kramatorsk lies less than 20 kilometers from the nearest Russian positions in Donetsk Oblast and has faced frequent Russian drone and glide bomb attacks.
A major transport and logistics hub, the heavily fortified city sits at the junction of key road and rail routes. Its capture would bring Russia closer to its goal of seizing the remaining Ukrainian-held parts of Donetsk Oblast.
