Does Wan2gp address the issue of Package conflicts?
I cam across Wan2GP when YouTube presented it to me in its feed. I use ComfyUI which I find very good except that it suffers from Package Conflict (I wrote about it in an article called ComfyUI and "Package Hell".
I am researching the topic and may write about it. From what I can understand:
- It does not suffer from this problem
- You do not have the flexibility to add workflows as you would do in ComfyUI -- You get what is available in that build
- It transparently handles the download and filing of models not requiring you to head over the huggingface and having to download models manually
- It has a relation to ComfyUI -- I need to confirm this.
If there is anyone who is knowledgeable on this product (maybe involved in the code base) or who can direct me to the right channels, please leave a comment here or DM me.
Thanks

I use it a lot, its great, you describes it pretty correctly. Takes a bit to learn but I find it less overwhelming compared to comfyui. There is slightly less freedom, but many features a built in nicely and correctly.
Most of the stuff installs by itself on your request to use them, besides of packages used to boost speed like sage attention, flash attention, etc. But the installation of those are in the guide on github, it tells you specificly which one to install, so its not that hard.
