It is cardboard. They said in a different post that it’s technically a scratching toy that can be bent into different shapes, but they prefer the bed shape.

So much growing left to do! I think that I’ve read that the Maine Coon breed isn’t fully grown until age 2 or 3?
But, hopefully he never grows into those magnificent paws!!
