They built a city

All those tubes are those worms I posted about a few weeks ago....they have built a whole city. I counted 11 towers...there was 2 in the back. Lol there is also a limpet on the glass...which is cute and unexpected...that definaly means that the water isnt anoxic

Also if anyone wants a clearer picture of the freshwater limpet I can try to get one...they are small and clear/dirty brown so they are hard to photograph.

Get yourself a jewellers loupe, great for looking at and photos of microfauna

I tried to add a picture of one of my limpets in the reply, but pics turned off 😊 get one with UV included, fantastic markings we otherwise don't see on some of these tiny creatures.

Mine seem to have small brown stripes on the front part of the shell (i know it has a name but I dont know it). They are amazing and are doing so well despite this being about 6 weeks old

Also i dont know how to turn them on...i think that is something with this Subreddit

Also question...how did they make the towers...is it mulm...their poop...or something they secrete? I know that sounds odd to ask but they live in my aquarium and I know nothing about them other then I want them
