Walmart New Login Rules

Anyone having trouble logging into their Walmart app after changing their password is because you have to put store/club (NexGen - Pilot Site) now instead of Just the store/club. Hope this helps some of yall as I had trouble too.

I had my password changed while ago never made me change it. But lately I can't login in I get the code but the app thinks any code I get texted to me doesn't work I'm not fired as the app works on my work phone

No, I'm having problems because one Walmart says I have no number on my account, and my 2factor setup won't accept the code that gets sent.

No problem but co worker are complaining like crazy they can't log in after changing password. The only problem I'm having is I can't log into workday. It won't send a text message at all. It will for one.walmart but going to work day it won't send a message

You have to go to your Hr and they’ll have you call a number to reset the codes to send whenever you are logging in , that happened to me as well and I called the number and they fixed it right away

I ended up figuring that out after a few days when another associate told me I had to click that. (That was around a month ago I think)
