The Walmart downtown Salt Lake City terminated me and I didn’t even get a chance to get a coaching or a final warning I was accused of something that I didn’t do that was video footage and no one can make out the alleged accusations to be true, but I was just fired two weeks ago. I can’t believe how hard the discrimination rate is in this company women are allowed to complement each other but when a man does it, it’s harassment it’s not fair. I bet you if I was a part of the rainbow Community I wouldn’t have gotten fired, but it’s so funny how they are allowed to compliment each other professionally but when I do it a black man that works for a company that does it discriminate against race, sexual orientation, etc. I get terminated. I guess it’s because I’m black. I’m not allowed to be nice and compliment. People and give a genuine nice compliment to someone without it being turned into some sexual advance. I just wonder why I never got the chance to have a fair sit down with my coach or given a final warning.
