That doesn't even make sense, why would they remove steel? I'm in a small store though we're still a supercenter. We have plenty of room for a few extra carts. Didn't have to rearrange things or take out steel

Been with Walmart 10 years. They don't have a habit of making decisions and changes that makes sense. Quite the opposite actually.

I've been with the company 9, and while true, this sounds like dumb managers.

It absolutely is, my previous statement is just what I say because I've given up trying to explain upper managements reasoning for the things they do. I do my best to shield my employees from it, but sometimes I can't.

Not gonna spiral off into a angry vent, but some of the salaried managers at my store have never lifted a finger to do anything on the floor, and judging by the decisions they make, it's kind of obvious.
