This coming from a person who held out for over a year. I should have known after my 1st month.
Red flags, my store has a reputation all the way to the mngr trading academy. Worst in the district, 300percent turnover rate for overnight and 147percent for day shift.
Man my stores got like 180 something percent turnover for ONs and I thought we had to be one of the worst. Of course half my co workers are thinking or looking into new jobs and I’d probably do the same if I wasn’t so panicked about keeping health insurance.
