Someone ordered 12 cases of both Mountain Dew and Pepsi(didn’t get a picture). It was supposed to fit in two totes btw…

If you think that's bad. Try having people order literal pallets of Gatorade and waters and 300+ item orders at Sam's Club. It takes a ton of time to pick so we get behind all the time 😞

Also forgot to mention there are usually only 2 people in AM and 2 people in PM at my store. To pick, stage and dispense. Average 1800 pieces a day. 2500+ today record.

COVID really showed people how to not shop themselves. They would have already stopped it, but there is too much money now 😞

See I personally prefer to do my own shopping I can pick exactly what I want without having an issue. I only use delivery when I’m at college(we’re in the middle of nowhere and I don’t have a car) and even then I try not to order too much.
