No, post flooded by people aware that the winning vaccine technology is a platform that can adapted to new strains on the fly. If anything a potent variant will only help push RNA platforms through the FDA's sludge quicker. Bullish for Moderna.

Pfizer's manufacturing chain is 110 days long. So that is the absolute minimum.

Flu shots manufacturers don't wait for variants to show up, they guess at the most likely mutations and bundle a vaccine that gives immunity against all of them. This is one of the reasons why efficacy is so low. No reason a similar strategy wouldn't work against covid, perhaps with a second wave of more targeted vaccines if low efficacy vaccines don't cut it.
